My Go-to "Healthy" Fast Food Orders!

If you've ever been stuck on where to grab lunch on the go, this post will solve all your fast food challenges! Whether you are Keto, Paleo, GF, Vegan or just want to eat "clean" everything I recommend will fit into a lot of dietary restrictions!
I have been on a lot of different "diets" for health reasons (ex. IBS) and over the past couple of years, I have tried almost every fast food restaurant and made it fit into my dietary restrictions!
This list is not in order and under each restaurant I will explain what to ask for when ordering for different lifestyles.
1. CHIPOTLE

First up we got good ol' Chipotle!
In the past couple of years, Chipotle has upped its game and started offering a lot of healthy food options
They have introduced a lot of products that are Keto, Paleo, Whole30 & Vegan!
This is what to order!
Keto (14 net carbs)
- Burrito bowl w/ cauliflower rice
- NO BEANS
- Fajita Veggies
- Protein (I like steak)
- Fresh tomato salsa
- Cheese
- Sour cream
- Guac (Optional bc it adds 4 carbs)
- Lettuce
Paleo
- Burrito bowl w/ cauliflower rice
- NO BEANS
- Fajita Veggies
- Protein (I like steak but you can sub veggies for Vegan option)
- Fresh tomato salsa
- Guac
- Lettuce
2. BASIL BOX

ugh, I LOVE Basil Box, it is seriously one of my favourite "fast food" places! The flavours are amazing and they never disappoint!
I first discovered Basil Box in university but it was before my health journey and I would go and load up on all the rice LOL (there's nothing wrong with that)!
Last summer, I was doing an Auto-Immune Protocol round and found the PERFECT Basil Box order that fit into my "diet"!
There is a lot of options at Basil Box which is why I came up with an AIP/Paleo order and a Keto order!

KETO (10 Net Carbs)
- Create your own bowl
- Spring mix base
- DOUBLE Sautéed Peppers
- Any Protein (for this box I like steak)
- Sizzlin' Sriracha Sriracha Sauce (1 net carb, Don't sub this for another sauce)
- Crushed Peanuts
- Pickled Veggies
- Fresh Herbs
- Super Seeds
3. FIVE GUYS BURGERS

If you don't like burgers, skip down to the next restaurant because you're not going to find a chicken salad here LOL!
I love Five Guys for a perfect traditional burger "Cheat Meal" but with a couple of changes, this meal is 100% keto!
What to order!
KETO (5 Net Carbs)
- Lettuce Wrapped Cheeseburger (you can add bacon too hehe)
- Mayo
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Tomatoes
- Onion
I know it doesn't look like a lot, but this lettuce burger satisfies your burger cravings!
4. Starbucks (Breakfast/Lunch)

Yes, I am a gold member at Starbucks. No, I am not ashamed.
When it comes to breakfast on the road, this is my all-time favourite combo!
For keto, your best bet is eating breakfast at home but if you're rushing to work this is probably one of the best options for you!
GLUTEN-FREE & LOW CARB

- Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Sous Vide Egg Bites

- Bacon & Gruyère Sous Vide Egg Bites
Drink (My Top 3)
- Cold Brew w/Light Sweet Cream & Sub Vanilla for Sugar-Free Vanilla) (4 net carbs)
- Shaken Blond Espresso w/ almond milk, 2 pumps SF Vanilla & 1 Pump Toffee Nut (not keto)
- Americano Misto w/ half n half, 1 Pump Sf Vanilla & 1 Pump SF Cinnamon Dolce (1 net carb)
5. FRESHII

Last but not least, is Freshii!
I love Freshii because you can customize your order a lot!
I have gone to Freshii a lot in the past couple years during various "diets".
I have my go-to keto order and a paleo order!
