Want a meal that satisfies your sweet tooth and fills ya up, then this coconut yogurt bowl is for you. This bowl has crunch and sweetness, meanwhile being nutrition dense.

You can use any diary free yogurt or plain greek dairy yoghurt if you are tolerant to dairy. I used SILK coconut yogurt for the base of this bowl and it was super tasty. you can buy dairy free yogurts at almost any health food stores, but be careful as some are loaded with processed foods and sugars. Make sure that the dairy/non-dairy yogurt you choose is unsweetened. A dairy free yogurt that has less than 10g of sugar per serving is perfect for a "low carb" paleo breakfast!
ADD SILK OR MAYA RIVERIA YOGURT
I topped this bowl with some berries I had in the fridge, raw coconut chips and maple syrup, but you can top this yogurt bowl with pretty much anything, like;
- almond butter or any nut butter
- any fruits you like
- granola
- chocolate chips
- maple syrup
- honey
- chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds
