A fall favourite and a personal favourite of mine. This yummy spiced chai latte can be served iced or hot! It was sweetened with maple syrup but can be swapped out for stevia or monk-fruit for a low carb option.

This classic drink has all the autumn spices to give it that spicy kick. With ginger, clove and cinnamon you have a yummy mid day pick me up.

I used coconut milk (this one) to create this recipe but any milk will do. If you are going to use dairy free milk I would recommend using unsweetened milk as there is natural sweetener in this recipe.

You can also tweak the recipe based on how "spicy" you want your latte.

This recipe can be made using a milk frother or using a stove top. I used this milk frother and I love it! It always makes my dairy free milks so frothed.
