I don't know about you but one of my favourite ways to use maple syrup is in a savoury dish. These cute little breakfasts bites are so easy to make and super tasty!
As someone who rushes to eat in the morning before work, these are a life saver! I love pairing them with some greens or just by themselves, or with coffee of course!
These breakfast bites are AIP, paleo, GF and dairy free!

Using organic ground turkey is my personal favourite, but feel free to use any ground meat!
Not only can you omit ingredients from this recipe, but you can add a lot in as well.
Some things you could add in could be...
- Sweet Potatoes
- Carrots
- Spinach
- Bacon
- Jalapeños

These breakfast bites can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 2+ months!
